Goliyon Ki Rasleela RAM-LEELA - Love in violent times !!

One of the best epic love stories of bollywood has been delivered by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.The story is set up in Gujarat where it shows the rivalry between two Kshatriya castes - The Rajris and the Sanedas and in such violent circumstances love arouses between Ram (Ranveer Singh) and Leela (Deepika Pdukone) who are from the Rajris and Sanedas respectively.

Mumbai: The film is engaging in the beginning but gradually it looses it’s pace with the course of time.Though the second half seems to be much better.The storyline is a bit weak as it seems to be the same old love saga but it’s Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s direction that makes RAM-LEELA a grandeur !!

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh who are the pinnacle of their careers have delivered an excellent performance.But,it’s Deepika Padukone who steals the show with her scintillating looks and a towering performance !! Music is good and well suited for such an epic but frequent songs is another disadvantage though it’s for the purpose of binding the viewers.RAM-LEELA is a love story which evolves in the clash of the clans circumstances comprising of passionate kisses and gritty dialogues.

This is a tale of two love birds who sacrificed their lives to save their communities from further bloodshed and violence.It is first in it’s class and the director should be credited for his brave effort in making such an epic love saga and that too in bollywood.RAM-LEELA certainly deserves your time as it is exceedingly better from those love stories which stands only on the grounds of comic and action !!
