Tamilnadu Teachers Eligibility Test Results Announced : Only 12,596 students have attained 60% and above marks
Tamilnadu Teachers Eligibility test results declared. From Tamilnadu region nearly 2,62,187 students appeared for this examination for Paper I. Out of these candidates only 12,596 students have attained 60% and above marks.
Chennai: Tamilnadu Teachers Eligibility test results declared today i.e. on November 6th. Candidates who are awaiting for the results can check their results in the website http://trb.tn.nic.in . This examination was conducted by Teachers Recruitment Board. From Tamilnadu region nearly 2,62,187 students appeared for this examination for Paper I. Out of these candidates only 12,596 students have attained 60% and above marks. At the same time nearly 4 lakh aspirants appeared for Paper II Teachers Eligibility Test. Out of these 4 lakhs only 14,496 candidates attained 60% and above.
Tamilnadu Teachers Eligibility test conducted on 17th August 2013 for Paper I and for Paper II test was conducted on 18th August 2013. Along with marks Teachers Recruitment Board released final answer key. This key is available in the official website i.e. http://trb.tn.nic.in. Candidates can have cross check with the answer key displayed in the official website. Final answer key announced after thorough inspecting of all the queries of the candidates and OMR answer sheet.
In the OMR Sheet, candidates have made few mistakes in marking and shading of the answers. Some candidates do not mentioned question paper serial code. Those papers do not considered for valuation. Few candidates mentioned the serial code but do not shaded. Those papers were considered for valuation purpose. All these mistakes were taken care by the Board and finally results were announced.

In the official website separate links are provided for Provisional marks list for Paper I and for Paper II. Along with Tamilnadu region, Puducherry region results of Teachers Eligibility Test 2013 were also announced. In this region, 3,857 candidates appeared for Paper I . Out of them only 181 students scored 60% of marks and above. For the second paper 4,134 candidates appeared for the examination. Out of which only 58 candidates scored 60% and more.
