- Operating System: The Nokia Lumia 620 as well as the Nokia Lumia 625 smartphones run on the same Microsoft Windows Phone 8 OS which can be upgraded to WP8 Black.
- Processor: Both the phones are powered by Dual Core Krait processors from Snapdragon. However while the former’s processor is clocked at 1GHz, the latter’s is clocked at 1.2GHz.
- Battery: Nokia Lumia 620 is packed with 1300 mAh battery with up to 330 hours of standby life whereas the Nokia Lumia 625 consists of a non removable 2000 mAh battery delivering up to 552 hours of standby time.
- Memory: Both the smartphones come with an onboard storage capacity of 8GB which is expandable up to 64GB. They have a 512MB RAM in common as well.
- Camera: Each smartphone has a 5MP rear camera with a resolution of 2592×1944 pixels and a VGA front camera. The rear camera in Nokia Lumia 620 is capable of recording 720p videos while that in Nokia Lumia 625 can shoot 1080p videos.
- Screen: Nokia Lumia 620 features a 3.8 inch TFT Clear black display whereas the Nokia Lumia 625 sports a 4.8 inch IPS LCD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2.
- Weight: The Nokia Lumia 620 weighs 127g with a thickness of 11mm and the Nokia Lumia 625 weighs 159g with a thickness of 9.2mm.
- Price: The Nokia Lumia 620 comes for Rs 11,500 while the Nokia Lumia 625 is priced at around Rs 13,500.
Verdict: Both the smartphones can be considered pretty affordable, and if you are looking for a better display and a stronger battery, you can certainly opt for the Nokia Lumia 625 over Nokia Lumia 620.
