Pyar Mein Padipoyaane Telugu Movie Review: Old Story, Slow Narration Minus Points for the Film
Pyar Mein Padipoyaane is the latest romantic entertainer of Aadhi who became successful with the movies such as Prema Kavali and Lovely. This movie repeated the hit pair of Lovely Aadhi and Saanvi once again. The movie is released today. It is produced by KK Radha Mohan and is directed by Ravi Chavali.
Visakhapatnam: Pyar Mein Padipoyaane is the story of childhood friends Aadhi and Saanvi who were neighbors but later family of Aadhi is shifted to some other place. Aadhi and Saanvi used to fight when they were young and Saanvi carries the same feeling even after many years.
Meanwhile Chandra joins a BTech college and his dream is to become a music composer. He is now known with the name Chinna. Saanvi joins the same college. Saanvi wants to become a singer and thus joins the music troupe of Aadhi. The fall in love and Aadhi comes to know that Saanvi hates her childhood friend. What happens when she comes to know the truth and why she hates Aadhi forms the rest of the story.
Aadhi performed well even in this love entertainer. He looked stylish and acted well in even comedy scenes. The scenes in which he imitates his father entertains the audience. His dance steps are also good. Heroine Saanvi did justice to her role. She looked glamorous and acted well in emotional scenes.
Comedy episodes of Vennela Kishore, Tagubotu Ramesh episode and others provide the necessary entertainment to the audience. Second half is more interesting than the first half.
One of the major drawback of the movie is its run time. The movie runs for two hours and twenty eight minutes. There are some unnecessary and repeated scenes that make the running of the film very slow. The story is also very old but the film unit wanted to present it with a new look. They could not succeed in their effort. The twists of the movie can be easily imagined by the audience.
Cinematographer and the music director are the two people who helped the movie in the technical department. Each location in the movie looks grand in the camera view of the cinematographer. Though the songs are more in number Anup’s music is good. Back ground music is also helpful for the movie.
