TRS And The Hate Words
Despite the circumstances demanding dignified behavior from the Telangana CM designate, KCR and his family members continue hate words that could lead to unwanted constitutional problems.
Hyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samitha (TRS) chief KCR has been famous for his hate words against Seemandhra leaders. His vengeance on seemandhra leaders was exhibited to the full extent during the elections.
Now that the elections are over and TRS is having comfortable majority to form the government in Telangana, KCR is supposed to behave in more dignified manner.
Despite the fact that there is a constitution in India that specifies rules for the government as well as employees and various associations, KCR and his party leaders continue their efforts spreading hatred among the state government employees.
The hitherto joint work place for the employees (of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana) i.e., Secretariat located at Hyderabad is becoming the cause of worry with the provoking statements by KCR and his team.
KCR mentions that the Seemandhra employees must leave Hyderabad. It is a beginning of the hatred that is being spread by TRS team. The constitutional bodies including the Governor are functioning to the best of their ability to ensure smooth formation of the new state and transfer of employees, assets etc between the two states. The employee allocation is done on an ad hoc basis and the process of finalization of employees (to each of the state) is expected to be completed within one year.
Without allowing smooth transition activity, TRS team is provoking particularly the employees of Secretariat. The TRS team wants the persons of Seemandhra origin to vacate Hyderabad immediately. As a matter of fact, there is no capital for the new state of Seemandhra. The T-bill did mention some procedure for formation of capital for the state and the process is under way.
Meanwhile, the TDP chief and CM designate Chandrababu Naidu mentions that he would take the oath not in Hyderabad but in Seemandhra only. He also mentions that he would be conducting his official from his camp office in that region for 3 days in a week. All this seems to be good in theory, but when it comes to practical it can lead to chaos as the secretariat is yet to be established for that state.
Meanwhile another leader from TRS (i.e.,KTR the son of KCR) mentions that the Seemandhra government is a guest for Hyderabad and they can live here.
All this confusion is created by congress because of its baseless thinking in dividing the AP state to form Telangana. The mess created by congress (in forming Telangana state) would be requiring much longer period to clean.
