EAMCET 2014 Results on May 9: Counseling Schedule to be announced Along with Results
EAMCET 2014 results are going to be declared on June 9. EAMCET convener Ramana Rao said that all arrangements are being made to release the results on June 9. Counseling dates will also be announced then.
Hyderabad: EAMCET 2014 was held on 23rd of May and the results are scheduled to be announced on May 9. EAMCET is conducted for admission into first year of Engineering, Medicine and Agriculture courses offered in government and private colleges in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The results will be announced on the official website on May 9.
Total number of candidates who appeared for EAMCET 2014 is nearly 3.22 lakhs. 2.82.799 candidates appeared for the engineering stream and 1.12,851 appeared for medical stream. The exam was held in 523 centers for the engineering stream and medical exam was held in 227 centers. Preliminary key was released on May 24. The final key is going to be released on June 9. Results of those appeared will be announced on www.apeamcet.org on May 9. Other details such as counseling dates, certificate verification schedule, downloading rank card and so on can also be obtained from the website once the results are announced.
EAMCET 2014 is held by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and is appeared by students who seek admission into undergraduate courses of engineering, medical and agriculture in Andhra Pradesh. This is an objective type question paper. Counseling session will be held through which seats will be allotted to the eligible candidates. The schedule of the counseling is not yet announced.
Students will be calling for counseling based on the rank they secure in EAMCET 2014 and they need to bring their certificates for document verification when called for. The counseling procedure includes certificate verification, option exercise, seat allotment and fee payment. For certificate verification they need to submit their EAMCET rank card, SSC/Intermediate mark sheet, EAMCET 2014 hall ticket, study certificate, income certificate by those who are claiming fee exemption, transfer certificate and caste certificate. Those who complete the certificate verification can exercise their options carefully.
