Microsoft Launches Lumia 730, 830 and 930 Smartphones in India for Rs. 15,299, Rs. 28,799 and Rs. 38,649 respectively

Microsoft launched three new smartphones in Lumia series in India. All the new handsets run on Windows operating system. These are Lumia 730, Lumia 830 and Lumia 930 and will come for a price of Rs. 15,299, Rs. 28,799 and Rs. 38,649 respectively. Customers can get 1 Terabyte cloud storage for first six months by paying Rs. 125 for month.

Mumbai: The new Lumia series phones support dual SIM. Lumia 930 will be made available in India from October 15 and Lumia 730 and Lumia 830 can be purchased from October 8. These handsets were unveiled in the months of April this year.

Lumia 930 comes with 5 inch display and the resolution is 1080 x 1920 pixels. Pixel density is 44 ppi. It is powered by 2.2 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and is paired with 2 GB RAM. Internal storage provided is 32 GB and it features 20 megapixel primary camera and 1.2 megapixel front facing camera. It supports 4G LTE connectivity. Battery under the hood is 2420 mAh battery. It will be offered in white, black, bright green and bright orange colors.

Lumia 830 was launched at IFA 2014 and it comes with 5 inch display and the resolution is 720 x 1280 pixels. Pixel density is 296 ppi and it is powered by 1.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 processor. The processor is paired with 1 GB RAM. It is provided with 16 GB internal storage and micro SD card is supported via which memory can be expanded up to 128 GB. The device has 2200 mAh battery that gives 14.8 hours talktime and 22 days standby time. Connectivity features of the handset include 3G.

Lumia 730 is a dual SIM mobile phone and it is offered in orange, dark grey, orange and white color options. It comes with 4.7 inch display and the resolution is 720 x 128/0 pixels. Pixel density is 316 ppi. It is powered by quad core Snapdragon processor whose clock speed is 1.2 GHz. The processor is paired with 1 GB RAM. Internal storage is 8 GB and memory can be expanded up to 128 GB via micro SD card. It comes with 2200 mAh battery under the hood that gives 17 hours talktime on 3G and 22 hours talktime on 2G. It features 6.7 megapixel primary camera and 5 megapixel camera at front.
