Balayya Interested To Work With Boyapati Sreenu Once Again
Boyapati Sreenu gave this Nandamuri hero the much required success after series of flops.
Nellore:Nandamuri Balakrishna faced the camera at tender age under his father’s direction. Legendary hero NTR ensured proper in house training for this hero in his own productions and made him ready to face the competition once he is launched as hero.
Balayya had enviable successes in his hit career. His many movies generated huge revenues at the box office and also created many records during their time.
During 2004, Balakrishna had super hit movie Laxmi Narasimha with Asin as heroine. But after that hit, Balayya’s career started looking downward. His successive movies like Vijayendra Varma, Allari Pidugu, Veerabhadra, Maharadhi, Okka Magadu, Pandurangadu, Mitrudu etc., had good technicians and cast as well. But the movies failed to get the required support from the audience.
At that time of difficulty, Boyapati Sreenu joined Balayya to make Simha. The powerful story clubbed with perfect script and direction (and other ingredients with apt mixing) ensured thumping victory creating the hero and technicians ample reason to celebrate.
The movie had Balayya doing dual roles and the powerful dialogues needed special mention as contributors for success of the movie.
Once again, after Simha, Balakrishna had series of flops like Parama Veera chakra, Adhinayakudu, Uu Kodathara? Ulikki Padathara?, Srimannarayana. During that season, the only consolation for this Nandamuri hero was Sri Rama Rajyam (coming under direction of veteran director Bapu).
Once again, Balakrishna had to take the help of Boyapati to correct his career graph. Their combination ‘Legend’ created another sensation and celebrated 275 days in one of the theatres in Nellore district. The hero and his fans are more than happy to see this high range of success.
Presently Balakrishna is fast completing his next movie ‘NBK Lion’ with debuting director Satyadeva. This movie having Trisha & Radhika Apte as heroines and there is an addition of 3rd heroine also.
While speaking at the 275 days celebrations of Legend movie, Balayya expressed his happiness about the success. He was also hinting at his intention to repeat success story of Simha & Legend working with the same director Boyapati Sreenu.
If the plans are able to materialize, we can see many more hits like Simha & Legend in the combination of Balakrishna & Boyapati Sreenu.
