Dhoni decided to Retire from Test Cricket
30.12.2014: Dhoni, Indian Cricket Captain, decided to retire from Test Cricket. He acted as captain for 60 of his 90 test matches. In 90 matches he made 4876 runs. He declared his decision after the completion of the test match with Australia. BCCI called him as one of the India’s Greatest Test Captains.
AP Capital Region Development Authority Act 2014 comes into effect
30.12.2014: AP Capital Region Development Authority Act 2014 comes into effect. This Act paves the way for the creation of a new development authority. Capital Region will cover 7068 Sw.Kms. Governance area covers 122 Sq.Kms. As a part of the Capital Region 25 revenue villages were located in Guntur district.
