Delhi: IBPS Clerk Exam was conducted on 21st December 2014. This examination was conducted in several sections namely Reasoning, Computer Awareness, English Language, Numerical Ability, General Awareness with Special Reference to Banking Industry.
Reasoning Section: This section difficulty level is Easy and Moderate. In this section 5 questions were from Inequalities, 5 questions from Number series 5 digit, 5 Questions from Alphanumeric Series, 3 questions from order and Ranking, 5 questions from Circular Seating Arrangement, 5 Questions from Data Sufficiency, 5 Questions from Coding and decoding, 5 Questions from Statement & Conclusion and 5 Questions from Syllogism.
Computer Awareness Section: Difficulty level of this section is Easy. Topics covered in this sections are Full Form/ Abbr. (4 Questions), Hardware and Software (6 and 5 Questions), MS office and Internet (6 and 4 questions), Shortcut Keys (4 questions), Network and Binary Code (3 and 1 questions), operating system (2 questions) and others (5 questions).
English Language: This section difficulty level is Easy and Moderate. Topics covered in this sections are Common Errors (5 questions), Para Jumble (5 questions), Fill one word in 2 blanks (5 questions), Phrase Replacement (5 Questions), Cloze Test (10 Questions) and Comprehension Passage (10 questions).
Numerical Ability Section: This section difficulty level is Moderate. Topics covered in this sections are Simple & Compound Interest , Time and Distance / Time & Work / Profit & Loss / Others (20 questions), Number System (5 questions), Data Interpretation which includes Pie Chart, Table and Series (5 and 5 questions) and Simplification (10 questions).
20 questions of Simple & Compound Interest section, 2 questions belongs to Profit & Loss, 3 questions from Menstruation, 1 question from Partnership, 2 questions from Interest (SI/ CI), 2 questions from Percentage, 3 questions from Mixture and Allegation, 2 questions from Ratio and Proportion, 1 question from Boat and Stream and 4 questions from others.
General Awareness with Special Reference to Banking Industry: This section difficulty level is Easy and Moderate.
