Ranbir Kapoor Is Reducing Cameo Appearances In 2015

While 2014 gave 2 opportunities for Ranbir Kapoor to prove himself, current year is projecting this Kapoor hero in many movies.

New Delhi: The Kapoor hero Ranbir could get only cameo appearances in the last year. His roles in ‘Bhoothnath Returns’ & ‘PK’ (though small in length) received good reviews and marks from the audience.

Current year, however, it presenting Ranbir in different roles where he is the main lead role and this year we might have as many as 4 releases of this one of the most eligible bachelors of Bollywood.

Ranbir, Arjun Ramphal & dual role of Jacqueline Fernandes are the attractions of Ranbir’s next movie ‘Roy’. This movie is coming before the audience in February this year. Vikramjeet Singh is handling the megaphone for the movie.

In May we can see Ranbir with Anushka Sharma in their next movie ‘Bombay Velvet’. Incidentally, the earlier movie of Anushka Sharma in the lead role was PK where Ranbir did cameo appearance as alien that too for just 120-180 seconds. Anurag Kashyap is the director for the movie.

Towards the end of the current year, we can see Ranbir with his girl friend Katrina Kaif in the movie ‘Jagga Jasoos’. Senior actor Govinda’s presence is an added advantage to the movie. Anurag Basu is handling the megaphone for the movie. In view of the off screen relationship of Ranbir Kapoor & Katrina Kaif, the movie is getting increased expectations.

Last release of Ranbir Kapoor in the current year is ‘Tamasha’. This movie will be having Ranbir re-uniting with his ex girl friend Deepika Padukone with whom he started his close friendship during the production of movie ‘Bachna Ye Haseeno’. Their relationship continued for almost 2 years and ultimately ended when Deepika went public saying that she got ditched in love.

Showing thorough professionalism, even after their break up, Ranbir Kapoor & Deepika Padukone could work in movies like Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and ensure success at the box office. Their on screen chemistry did wonders for the movie and similar response (from the audience) is expected for their next movie Tamasha.

We have series of releases for Ranbir this year and the hero is hopeful of success for his movies in current year as well.
