Bajaj has showcased the upcoming Pulsar 150 NS for the first time ever and it has happened at the Trade Fair that was held at Istanbul, Turkey. A group of skilled riders have also performed stunts using the new edition of the Pulsar 150 at the fair. However, the manufacturer has not yet revealed specs and launch schedule of the model officially so far. We can expect the model to be made available for sale in India by end of this year.

Though the manufacturer has not revealed anything about the vehicle officially so far, some sources have revealed specifications of the new Pulsar 150 already. Pulsar 150 NS is going to be slightly larger in size when compared with the current gen edition and it is expected to have around 1363 mm of wheel base. The kerb weight of the bike is around 144 kilograms which is not much different from that of the former edition. The design and base structure of the new Pulsar 150 is a lot similar to that of the Pulsar 200 NS. However, 150 NS is likely to get both kick start as well as electric start options basically.

Bajaj Pulsar 150 NS

Bajaj is likely to power the brand new Pulsar 150 NS with a 149.5 CC single cylinder engine that is capable of producing around 17 PS power at the peak along with 13 Nm of torque. Engine is expected to get mated to a five speed manual transmission gear box as standard. The front wheel is expected to get fitted with a 80/100 tyre whereas the rear wheel is expected to get a 100/90 tyre. Instrument cluster at the front may go fully digital like the 200 CC edition of Pulsar NS. Bajaj may position the new Pulsar 150 NS above the current gen Pulsar 150 and we can expect it to get priced around Rs. 80K mostly. The new Pulsar may give a tough fight for rival models such as Yamaha FZ- S V2.0, Honda CB Unicorn 160 and Suzuki Gixxer.
