Piaggio Vehicles Pvt Ltd has launched a brand new edition of Ape 3 wheeler in the Indian market. The manufacturer has already succeeded in dragging attention of majority buyers from the domestic market with variants launched in the past. The new variant has been dubbed into the market as Ape Xtra Dlx and it has been priced for Rs. 1.75 lakhs only.
The manufacturer has launched the new edition Ape auto rickshaw in the Indian market in order to boost the sale volume once again. Three wheeler segment is one of the major segments of the Indian automotive industry from past few decades and Piaggio is having its own fan base in the segment since the beginning. The new edition Ape comes with a number visual tweaks along with few enhancements to the performance and handling. The exterior body of the new Ape Xtra Dlx comes with revised paint shade which is reported to be made with glossier materials relatively than the former edition variants. The exterior body of the vehicle is said to be made with tough and rust free materials which assures longer life relatively than former variants.
Piaggio has entered the Indian three wheeler market in the year of 1999 and has been ruling the segment since then.
