3G Variant of LG G Pad 8.0 Tablet Listed on LG India Website for Rs. 21,000
LG launched the 3G variant of G Pad 8.0 tablet in India for a price of Rs 21,000. The tablet is listed on the official website of the company but it is not revealed when the device will be made available. The WiFi only variant was available in India in March for Rs. 17,999.
Mumbai: LG G Pad 8.0 tablet comes with 8 inch IPS LCD display with 800 x 1280 pixel resolution. The tablet weighs 342 grams. It is powered by quad core processor whose clock speed is 1.2 GHz. Internal storage provided is 16 GB and storage can be further expanded up to 64 GB via micro SD. It runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat operating system. Connectivity features of the handset include Bluetooth WiFi and GPS. There are 5 megapixel rear camera and 1.3 megapixel front facing camera on board. Other features are 3.5 mm audio jack and micro USB charging. It comes packed with 4200 mAh battery under the hood.
LG launched G Pad tablet in WiFi only and also LTE variants globally. The 3G variant is supposed to be exclusively introduced for the Indian market. The tablet comes with interesting features such as Touch and Shoot, Gesture Shot, Knock Code, Smart Keyboard and so on. It is offered in black and white color options.
