HTC One (M7) Mobile USA Release: Verizon to Rename HTC One Mobile
California: Few weeks back, we have seen the leak about international release date for HTC One or M7 mobile phone. It was rumored that this mobile phone will be released on international level on 8th March 2013. Now, there is another rumor about the release date of this mobile phone in US. Users from USA will get this HTC phone two weeks after the international version gets released. March 22nd is being rumored as the release date for HTC One mobile in USA.
HTC One Device is expected to be made available on all the major networks in USA. Users on any network can be able to get this phone in USA. But they might have to enter a deal with the carrier by signing up two year contract in order to get this phone on special deals. The information about these deals are not disclosed still by the network carriers. HTC Source has mentioned only the names of Sprint, AT & T and T Mobile in its report, but it is rumored that the mobile phone will be made available on all the major networks.
All the mentioned three network carriers are expected to release the mobile phone under the same name HTC One. This move is considered to be a strategic step by HTC in order to develop a brand recognition for One series of devices. Earlier mobiles of this company released under this series didn’t get such advantage because different network operators have released same mobile under different names. But there are few rumors that Verizon has decided to change the name of the phone before selling. It is rumored that Verizon wants to name the phone as HTC Droid DNA Plus, and market it as a successor for most successful mobile of HTC i.e. Droid DNA Mobile. Nothing has been confirmed officially as of now.
