51.49% Pass in AP Tenth Class/SSC Advanced Supplementary 2013: Last Date for Applying for Re-verification is July 24
Tenth class advanced supplementary exam results 2013 were released yesterday. The pass percentage is 51.49%. Pass percentage of girls is more than boys. Candidates can apply for re-verification before July 24.
Hyderabad: Tenth class advanced supplementary exams 2013 results were announced yesterday. The pass percentage in advanced supplementary exams is 51.49%. As always, the pass percentage of girls is more than that of boys. The results were announced by Department of School Education director Vani Mohan. The results were available on www.bseap.org. AP online and Mee-seva centres also.
Chittoor stood first in tenth class advanced supplementary exams 2013 results with 86.18 percent. Hyderabad is in the last place with 36.23 percent. In 2012, the pass percentage was 53.84 but this year the pass percentage is only 51.49%.
Students who failed in the tenth class advanced supplementary exam 2013 results can apply for re-verification cum Xerox copies and recounting from 15th July to 24th July. For re-verification, Rs. 1000 have to be paid for each paper. In the regular annual exams of Tenth class conducted in March, the students were given only the Grade Point average, GPA but for the advanced supplementary exams results, students are given the subject-wise grades, grade points and grade point average also.
The pass percentage of girls in tenth class advanced supplementary exams 2013 is 54.89 and that of boys is 49.40 percent. The pass percentage of girls is 5.49 percent more than that of boys. Tenth class advanced supplementary exams were conducted from June 15 to 28. More than 2,12,665 students applied for the exams and 1,61,464 appeared for the exam. 83,131 candidates secured grade point average.
Meanwhile, the last date for first stage of admissions for intermediate first year course is extended. Intermediate board secretary said that colleges can take up the first phase of admissions up to 31st July, 2013. This will be applicable to all the government, aided, co-operative, residential, intensive junior and composite degree colleges, he said.
