Balakrishna: Evergreen Favorite For Fans
Nandamuri Balakrishna is evergreen favorite for fans. His versatile acting ability promoted him in the hearts of fans to his present position.
Hyderabad: Coming from the clan of Nandamuri, Balakrishna (aka as Balayya) proved his mettle. Starting his movie career as child artist in home productions like Tatamma Kala, Balayya acted in 99 movies till now.
Balayya has been able to maintain good track record in his movie career. After few ventures in his home production with late NT Rama Rao, he started independent movie career as a hero with movie ‘Sahasame Jeevitham’ in the year 1984. With his past acting experience with the legend NTR in movies like Simham Navvindi, Anuraga Devata, Annatammula Anubandham, Ram Robert, Balayya got hands on experience in acting in movies with background of history, social, story pictures as well. This experience ensured success for majority of his movies.
Balayya ventured into production and made movie like ‘Nippu Ravva’ with Vijayasanti as female lead. He has many hits and super hits to his credit. His earlier movie Mangamma Gari Manavadu (1984 movie) created all time record. He has family hits like Muddula Mavayya, Bharyabhartala Bandham (with ANR).
He also acted in movies like Bhairava Dweepam (a socio fantasy film) in the Vijaya production banner with Singeetam Srinivasa Rao as director. Scientific friction movie ‘Aditya 369’ (1991 release) elevated the performance of Balayya in dual roles (one modern youth and another in historic Krishnadevarayalu). Another mythological story Sri Krishnarjuna Vijayam (1996 release) and blockbuster like Sri Rama Rajyam (2011 release) with Nayanatara as female lead (Director Bapu) presented Balayya as perfect artist suitable for multi dimensional roles.
Balayya is celebrating his birthday today on 10th June 2014. He has multiple reasons for his cheer on this happy day. His latest movie Legend (Boyapati Srin’s directorial venture) recorded grand hit. His entry into direct politics has been long pending issue. Till now he limited himself to campaigning in support of the Telugu Desam Party under the leadership of Chandrababu. This election made Balayya took plunge into direct politics and he won Hindupur MLA seat in Anantpur district on TDP ticket.
Balayya’s fans are much more than happier to celebrate the birthday of their hero who is successful in movie as well as political career.
