Mumbai: Aqua i2 is the new budget phone from Indian mobile manufacturing company Intex. His was spotted on the official website of the company. The handset which is expected to come soon is listed by the site without any details of pricing and availability.

Intex Aqua i2 comes with a screen of 5 inches. The display resolution is 480 x 854 pixels. It is powered by 1.2 GHz dual core MediaTek MT6572 processor which is complimented by 512 MB RAM. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and has a 5 megapixel primary camera and 2 megapixel front facing camera. It is provided with 4 GB internal storage and extra storage can be added up to 32 GB via micro SD card. The battery under the hood is 1700 mAh battery and the company claims that it is capable of providing 5.6 hours talk time and 212 hours standby time. It will be offered in black, white and green colors. Looking at the specifications it is expected to be launched for around Rs. 6,000.
