Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth 2 is the new tablet listed on the website of Huawei. There are no pricing and availability details of MediaPad 7 Youth 2 tablet in the listing. The tablet will be powered by Snapdragon quad core processor and comes with a 4100 mAh battery under the hood.

Taipei: A new tablet is listed by Huawei on its official website. Dubbed as MediaPad 7 Youth 2, this is a upgraded version of MediaPad 7 Youth tablet that was launched earlier. The listing did not give any specific date of availability and the price for which it will be offered. But it is expected that it will be offered with an affordable price tag.

MediaPad Youth 2 comes with 7 inch display and is powered by 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad core processor. it runs on Android 4.3 Emotion UI. The processor will be complemented by 1 GB RAM. there is 4 GB of internal storage and there is micro SD card slot using which memory can be expanded. It will support WiFi, 3G connectivity. There is a 3 megapixel primary camera and VGA front facing camera. It comes packed with 4100 mAh battery. The tablet will compete with the likes of Dell Venue 7 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite.

Major different between Youth and Youth 2 tablet are the operating system, processor and 3G connectivity. Youth tablet was offered with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and the upcoming tablet will run on Android 4.3 operating system. The processor in the predecessor was 1.6 Cortex A9 dual core processor and the successor will be powered by Snapdragon Qualcomm quad core processor. The latest tablet will supports 3G connectivity which was not there in the earlier version.
