Dasari Narayana Rao: Versatile Director Coming With ‘Erra Bus’
One of the famous directors from Tollywood Dasari is coming before the audience by his new movie Erra bus.
Vijayawada: Dasari Narayana Rao is a name that needs no introduction. He is a world famous director having 150 movies to his credit.
Dasari starting his movie career as director with Tata Manavadu way back in 1972 continued his success journey through many super hit movies. Some of the mega hits in his career include movies like Premabhishekam (with ANR, Jayasudha & Sridevi), Meghasandesam (with ANR, Jayaprada & Jayasudha). Dasari is one director who handled megaphone for many senior actors like NTR, ANR, Krishna, Chiranjeevi, Sobhan Babu and also contemporary actors during the time.
Dasari is known mainly for his movies which are having solid story base and he also introduced many new faces to Tollywood. He also encouraged many artistes and technicians through his many movies.
Dasari has been contributing his best to his movies as a director, producer, story, script writer, lyrics writer etc. Many of his movies proved to be musical hits as well.
Dasari ventured his 150th movie with Nandamuri Bala Krishna and the movie Parama Veera Chakra released with high expectations could not prove success at the box office. After long gap of 3 years (after 2011 the year in which his 150th movie released), now Dasari is once again coming before the audience through his Erra Bus.
Erra Bus is a remake from Tamil movie Manjapai. This movie is having Manchu Vishnu & Catherine in other important roles. Erra Bus is produced by Dasari under his Taraka Prabhu films. Distributed by Manchu Vishnu’s ’24 Frames Factory’ world-wide, the movie is having music by Chakri.
Other important roles in the movie are by veterans like Nassar, Brahmanandam, MS Narayana, Ali &Hema. Competing with Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej’s Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham, ‘Erra Bus’ is scheduled to hit the screens world-wide on 14th November 2014.
