Kawasaki India launched the all new 998CC Ninja ZX10R for Rs. 15.7 lakhs and the 1441 CC ZX14R for Rs. 16.9 lakhs

Kawasaki Motors has launched two brand new luxury sports bike models in the Indian market. These new members of the Ninja family are going to be some of the finest luxury sports bikes. In spite of the poor sale volume of the >1000 CC segment of Indian market, Kawasaki has introduced the brand new ZX10R and ZX14R.

The brand new Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R comes fitted with a 998 CC liquid cooled inline 4 engine that is capable of generating around 200 PS of power at the peak along with 112 Nm of torque. The power gets transmitted to the rear wheel through a 6 speed transmission gear box. The bike is capable of attaining 100 kmph speed from rest within just 2.85 seconds only and the top speed of the bike is around 290 kmph.

Kawasaki has powered the new Ninja ZX14R with a 1441 CC liquid cooled inline 4 engine that is capable of generating around 200 PS of power as maximum along with 162.5 Nm of torque. The bike is capable of attaining 100 kmph speed from rest within just 3 seconds and top speed of the vehicle is around 299 kmph. The manufacturer claimed that power output of the brand new ZX10R gets raised up to 209.9 PS when accompanied with Ram Air whereas the power of ZX14R gets raised up to 210 PS.

Kawasaki India has priced the brand new ZX10R for Rs. 15.7 lakhs only in the Indian market whereas the new ZX14R is offered for Rs. 16.9 lakhs only.
